Reviews about Crooks A & Partners
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dog is 10yrs old and he became a diabetic over 18 months ago and when I first started buying his insulin from Crookes it was around 31 pound for the big one it's now 52 pound and in July they started price matching which I found out from another customer which was brill as the insulin was then 24.45 which is the same price Crookes pays to get it n then 3 weeks after they stopped the price match but didn't have decency to contact me and let me know I rang and spoke to a lady called Tina who stated that I could have it for another month even tho the practice was loosing out (rubbish ) and she would speak to head office I stated that they were there to make sure that my baby boy got the best care and that this wasn't happening n that if they could explain to me how stopping the price matching on my boys insulin is in his best interests then I would pay the amount I'm still waiting for that letter may I also add that within the first 2/4 months of my boy becoming a diabetic I was told that I could put him to sleep if it became to expensive I'm pretty sure that these people are there to care for my boy the best way they can between me and my partner we have been going to crookes for over 30yrs and since the company as been taken over it seems that the only thing that they r interested in is money yes I can get it off line but that's not the point I still have to pay the 52 pound plus 18 pound for a percription which only last 3 months and my boy is using a big bottle every 10days n then he has his blood sugars took and there as been times when Crookes have refused to give me the insulin so if they do that with a percription they r putting his health at risk again the large bottle of insulin is 44 pound plus vat to make it 52 they charge you for keeping it in the fridge which is a joke they are not thinking about my boy and at the end of the day it's our fur babies that pay their wages,I'm still paying the 24 pound and refuse to pay the rest until I get a full reasonable explanation as to why them loosing 28 pound is more important than my dogs healthby Kerry EmenyMarch 13, 2017
